Our Story
Born in Cairo, Egypt, Chef Bassant has always carried a deep love for the food she grew up with. From the flavors and recipes of her childhood to the joy of gathering around a table, cooking has always been her way of bringing people together.
After starting her own family, she spent years cooking countless authentic Egyptian dishes for the people she loved most. Her kitchen became a place filled with the aromas, traditions, and recipes she grew up with, shared meal after meal, year after year.
In 2026, she decided it was finally time to open that kitchen to the world. What began as a love for cooking for her family has become a passion to share the authentic flavors of Egypt with everyone.
